      You should always plan on arriving at least 45 minutes before the scheduled visitation time so you can be processed appropriately through security. All visitors must show a valid ID and visits are not to exceed 30 minutes.

      Attorneys are allowed to visit their clients daily 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. With prior approval from the Superintendent, additional hours may be arranged.

      Immigration Bond Information

      for the Plymouth County Correctional Facility

      If you do not want to post the bond in-person yourself, you can also have a licensed immigration bond agent post the bond for you. For a small fee, ranging from 2% – 10%, an agent can post the bond for you electronically, so that you do not have to travel to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is typically faster and easier than posting a bond yourself.

          Massachusetts ICE Detention Facilities

          Not every ICE detention facility allows you to post an immigration bond in Massachusetts. If you would like to post an immigration bond it must be done at an ICE-ERO facility that accepts immigration bonds.
