      The visitation hours for the Hall County Department of Corrections are organized into onsite and internet-based visits. They are broken out as follows:

      Onsite Visitation Hours

      Tuesday-Friday

      • 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

      Internet-Based Visitation Hours

      Sunday-Monday

      All onsite visits must be scheduled 24 hours ahead of time and internet-based visitations must be scheduled 30 minutes ahead of time. All internet visitors must submit an appropriate photo and identification to the lobby officer.

      You should always plan on arriving at least 45 minutes before the scheduled visitation time so you can be processed appropriately through security. All visitors must show a valid ID.

      Attorneys are allowed to visit their clients at any time but are advised to avoid mealtimes.

      Immigration Bond Information

      for the Hall County Department of Corrections

      Delivery bonds (i.e., immigration bonds) cannot be posted in-person directly at the Hall County Department of Corrections. Instead, family members or associates can post an immigration bond at any of the 82 ICE-ERO facilities around the country that accept immigration bonds. The closest facility that accepts immigration bonds is located at 1717 Avenue H, Omaha, NE 68110. The number there is (402) 536-4861. Immigration bonds can be posted Monday-Friday (except holidays) at this facility from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bonds cannot be posted directly at the Hall County Department of Corrections.

      To post an immigration bond for someone detained, you must have a money order, cashier’s check or certified check. If the bond amount exceeds $10,000 and over, you can only pay by single cashier’s check or a certified check. All payments should be made to the “US Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

      If you do not want to post the bond in-person yourself, you can also have a licensed immigration bond agent post the bond for you. For a small fee, ranging from 2% – 10%, an agent can post the bond for you electronically, so that you do not have to travel to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is typically faster and easier than posting a bond yourself.

          Nebraska ICE Detention Facilities

          Not every ICE detention facility allows you to post an immigration bond in Nebraska. If you would like to post an immigration bond it must be done at an ICE-ERO facility that accepts immigration bonds.
