ICE Detention Facilities in New Jersey
There are six immigration detention facilities in New Jersey. If you need to post an New Jersey immigration bond, below are the facilities:
- Bergen County Jail
- Delaney Hall Detention Facility
- Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility
- Essex County Correctional Facility
- Hudson County Correctional Facility
- Monmouth County Correctional Institution
Not every detention facility allows you to post an immigration bond in New Jersey. If you would like to post an immigration bond it must be done at an ICE-ERO facility that accepts immigration bonds. In New Jersey there is one ICE-ERO Facility where you can post an immigration bond in person. This facility is located at the following address:
